i think SeptaGon7 really influenced the existence of this remake in general bc formerly he held like 43 WR's on the original level but I'm not sure this level slaps tho, best of luck to RaeveZ and the Purgatory for getting this out 🔥

We've been getting so many good hard levels recently (Flamewall, SAcropolis, Grief, TAT, Tidal Wave), it gives me hope that the top 10 can actually have primarily good levels again.

Acropolis, the second insane I ever beat. Acropolix, my first and only extreme I have beaten. I LOVE both of these levels so much

It’s also good to mention that they made a remake of an actual playable impossible level, not just straight fly and impossible wave gameplay that’s poorly synced and boring

I do have to say I really dislike people miscategorizing slh. People always say it was meant to be a sequel to old slh or what ever and was just a attention grab by icedcave but that is really not true. It served as a way for people to know icedcave for who he is today and to make slh a name that carried some weight, not something that followed him with shame throughout the community. I feel that part of the level got lost a while back and it is a very important part of it as some people have called slh generic or whatever which I personally just don't see, especially knowing its history

1:42 the original acropolis made by zobros was amazing at the time, nice theme and hard like cataclysm. I love the remake because gives an incredible atmosphere to the level and the new dark castle style is dope, so much better than a generic hard level with out-of-tone flashy decoration

I think hosts are realizing if they want their 2.1 levels to not be held to 2.2 standards, they need to finish their projects and so like 30 mega collab have been finished in the past 4 weeks

I swear when 2.2 release date got announced like every "top 1" got finished or verified

If I had a nickel every time an upcoming top 1 had "polis" at the end of its name and was themed around a dead city, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but its still weird it happened twice

Shoutout to the Purgatory for making Silent Acropolis have purpose, I look forward to all of your future endevors! P.S.: You should consider having Varium verify this beast, he needs a Top 1, and he deserves it. :)

I don't like the deco it's the same with apocalyptic trilogy, it just doesn't fit and obstrucs vision, it's trying too hard to be something that it isn't and it all looks samey. A level I actually like is flamewall it is something of it's own and doesn't have this style of deco that is repetitive

Onilink also is prob one of the creators that try to make hard levels and decorate them to the bare minimum. Thank god it isnt rated. Icecaveexplained rhat onilink actually did make all of his levels for clout and fame.

I'm personally really happy to see upcoming top 10's that have more art style to contrast the glow megacollabs - this is really hype :)
