Long straight nose, deep eyes and lean face that’s what makes him handsome...the combination...

He had a modern beauty esthetic way before his time. Considering Delon was born 1935, he has a face of a runway model of the 21st century and he had no plastic surgery. Some male actors who played with him said he was just sublime, like almost too beautiful, I've heard that some actresses refused to play with him because of the risk comparison.

Prior to the 80s, we had a lot more content coming from Europe and specially from France with interviews, tons of movies, tv shows made in France as well as a lot of french actors, singers, comedians, directors interviewed here on our TV and radio stations. Sometimes these interviews would be an hour long with all kind of anecdotes about their carrier and the actors they work with. I can't be certain but it might be Claude Brasseur great actor and dear friend of Delon who gave a fantastic and long interview done by Joël Le Bigot on Radio-Canada years ago.

Even to this day I still consider him one of the most handsome actors of all time, he was and is truly beautiful.

His eyes are really gorgeous. When he played in Zorro, I could see only his blue-green eyes and I still thought that Zorro(without really seeing all his face because it was covered) was handsome. You are correct, his beauty is so other-wordly and stands out because it is so elegant, it has a slight feminine touch. A masculine charm combined with a subtle feminine allure, what an exquisite combination! Robert Greene has noted this in his book 'The Art of Seduction', that the men who present some/certain feminine traits balanced with the other male features are incredibly attractive. I think many of us are unaware of how androgyny is something we find irresistible because we tend to think of an androgynous person as some sexless weirdo, but it can be 70/80% masculine mixed with a percentange of 30/20% feminine or vice-versa, which, when present on a person who knows how to pull these qualities off, can be truly gorgeous.

I think he was very handsome but I think Barry Ryan of the song Eloise came is more better looking.Especially when he was young. His eyes are similar to Delons. It is the mixture of masculine and feminine that makes both these men absolutely beautiful. Barry Ryan was to die for between ages 20 and 30.

His also a natural beauty. No extra cuts, surgeries, or even weird drugs to enhance his body and appearance. He had and has “CHARM” A bit of mischief in his eyes, a drop of bad boy and sex appeal! Yet always somewhat a classic MAN , gentlemen. Only one more comes into my mind, who was so unbelievably charming and charismatic, like Delon.
