These three wines are my favorites of ALL wines! I was there in September and had a fabulous experience at your winery! Your wines never disappoint!

It would be interesting to taste the same wine one having been aged in steel and one in barrel and another in steel with wood chips added, to see how they hold up after two decades, because I think a wines contact with wood is an integral part of its ability to age well as wood introduces many compounds and also converts other compounds into more stable ones which also helps fight off oxidation.
