I chose pile 3 because since I was little, we've had three black cats. The oldest one recently passed away, but we know he's still here, and that he plays silly tricks on us to play. He also always had a protective role in our family; he was strong and big, but also very soft, and incredibly kind. He was always there for me and my family to relieve our stress, and everytime one of us was sick or sad, he would come and lie on top of us and purr. Since his death, he've been coming a lot to me in my dreams, so I completly trust that I'm being protected right now! ^^ Thank you for your reading, it was amazing to hear! I just want to encourage you. I too am autistic. I found out a year ago. I went into a shutdown 3 years ago. Beyond my ACT, DBT and EMDR therapies, I started listening to hypnosis recordings on Audible. My favorite one is stress relief. Then I also listen to a selection of them. I search in Audible for hypnosis for ______. Stress relief, or studying, taking tests and whatever might work for you for what you are doing. I am finding so much help with these because they put me in the same space as meditation and mindfulness do. They are also giving me the courage to return to sales where I can make more money, instead of low paying customer service jobs I have been taking because sales stressed me out. I just thought this might help you, especially as you are going through nursing school. Congrats on taking that step!

I'm exhausted. I picked pile 4, it feels so spot on. When I started uni, I at first assumed the group of people I made were friends but some of them were so dramatic and kept dragging others into their drama. I felt like I was always putting the group above myself to make sure we were at peace but then because of that stress, I didn't pass and didn't meet the requirements of obtaining a graduate visa. I am still able to resit my exams when the exam timetable is released so it's not like I failed, but I was sadenned because I felt like I could have had opportunity these people have if I was given then chance to stay with the visa, but maybe it's a good thing that I won't see them anymore. Pile 3. My situation: been struggling with poverty and ptsd, trying to free myself mentally and financially for years. Being dependent on financial aid to survive it has felt like a never ending loop of despair. I have had money to survive but no resources to build myself back up. So I made a bold decision to move out in the woods in a simple cabin. My rent is extremely cheap, but I have no electricity or running water. This was totally okay in the beginning, but it’s now getting cold, my water supply (waterfall) has frozen shut and I’m running low on fire wood which I naively believe would last the entire season. I had some unexpected expenses and my economy isn’t quite as fluffy as the I’d expected it to be as of yet. I am however trying to stay optimistic and work through the challenges. This reading made me cry, thank you- I pray this time I’ll be able to build a solid foundation and reclaim my sovereignty 🙏🏻

Pile 4. When I was working, people were always jealous of me. It wasn’t about one thing, it was everything, I couldn’t really understand why. People don’t want to know the truth! I actually had to go on sick leave. I got really sick and couldn’t work for a long, long time. I actually retired at 57 on the sick leave. I have to say that though out this ordeal, I am the luckiest person in the world. I was able to buy back all the years of sick leave and was able to retire with a nice pension. I was much happier than ever, even though my health was debilitating and I was sick and exhausted all the time. Still I was happy that I didn’t have to work anymore.
