Indjic is known for Benoni defense as Black. He plays it always against 1.d4. While here he opened like he is going to play something else (Nf6, e6), but on the third move Indjic opted for c5, inteding to transpose to the old-good Benoni (again), and that's why Dubov smiled. It was like Indjic is about to play something other then Benoni, but actually did not.

and to add he should have played c5 main line Benoni so Dubov couldn't avoid. He did same against Arjun, so why afraid of Nc3

9:03 Dubov missed Bd6. White Q is well protected and there are no way to safe the rook from black bishop. And the endgame will be like R , white B vs black B and K. It's a winning endgame.

Because , his opponent plays Ben - Oni defence. The game starting Nf6, e6, ....and after Nf3, Inđlć ....play c7-c5. Dubov smaling....again your favorite Ben- Oni 😄

Maybe Dubov regards the Benoni as funny, or else he was reminded that Indic was willing to play the black side of it.

Most probably he thought that if dubov took his queen he could folk the king and queen but completely missed that the bishop would protect that square
