    Kishane Thompson said he doesn't know how fast he can actually run. That's because he has not run at his maximum speed for an entire race. That is scary to even imagine. He will go all the way in the finals of the Paris Olympics and that is when we all will know how fast he actually is. Can't wait!

    If you look at Kishane's 100m progression....it's interesting. 2022 was 10.21, then 2023 was 9.85. That's a monster jump....

    @@omarwilliams1145 It is very interesting to me. How to generate that extra energy over the short course. For 400m and greater, runners all run in a slot. But over shorter distances, one can seem to get an advantage by some side to side motion. I would like to understand it better.

    You guy's haven't seen anything as yet Jamaica has some ridiculously talented sprinters in the men's side things just didn't happen the way it was supposed to happen for the last couple years ...the likes of ohara, 'minizi and many more are starting to find their forms again you'll see speed like nothing before just keep watching

    @unconventionalcrosy52 You obviously don't know what the driving force behind the Jamaican sprinting machine starting in 2008. I'll explain. Bolt ran for racers track club in Jamaica. Whenever questioned on why they were so fast, bolt would reply, " its the yams." Bolt was the most naturally talented out of the bunch and was considered the star. The track club he was on had 6 athletes get popped for steroids, and Yohan Blake was amongst them. Multiple medals, Olympic, and World Championships had to be forfeited. Bolt, however, was never implicated due to the fact that he was too big to fail for track and field. The improvement of Bolt, Blake and others on that team were unprecedented and quite frankly ridiculous because of the steroids usage. The same thing is happening now, Jamaica is thirsting for track stars because USA has dominated the men since 2017.
