I think the Kaiju levels are similar to the Richter Scale for Earthquakes. "each one-point increase on the scale represents a 10-fold increase in the magnitude of the quake" The strongest quake ever recorded was a 9.5. The famous one in San Fransisco in 1906 was just over 7. So 9.8 is crazy (my impression) I'm going to assume that others in the same humanoid form at similar in power, but perhaps not as peak, so upper 8s or low 9s. 6.8 is only the 2 high tier people. A 9.8 would be 1000x stronger.

Yeah, since Kaijus are kinda natural catastrohpes in this anime, they took inspiration from that

When this manga was starting out, I didn't like Kikoru, mostly because I wasn't super into her overconfident character traits, but tacking on her pressure from her dad, and protecting Kafka by claiming she dealt with the Honju, she's best girl.

Her development has been better than most other characters, even Kafka. I’d go as far as considering her the female lead in the series above Mina (as of now). Best girl for sure.

I heard A LOT of shit being said about Kikoru from ep 2 till now, from a lot of people, but let's think about it: 1) Why is she "annoying"? What her character trait that causes this? Obviously it's her arrogance.....but wait a minute: *Gilgamesh - rich, powerful and arrogant *Vegeta - prince, powerful and arrogant *Sukuna - King of curses, powerful and arrogant *Gojo - powerful and arrogant *Bakugo - powerful and arrogant *Escanor - powerful and arrogant ALL CHARACTERS loved by the fans....idk but i can see only one difference between them and Kikoru (i WILL NOT say what cause i already know what people will call me), but i think this just shows we should WAIT and see if the character is good or not. 2 from the 6 i mentioned above are villains, and people still love them, so we already know it's not bc of evil actions that people don't like her (one dude in other channel said he hated her bc she threw Kafka's company car, like ???) Basically it's like saying "these characters have the RIGHT to be arrogant, but she doesn't?".....tbh for me it makes PERFECT sense she is arrogant. She's rich and she's by far the best they have here (normal human), so why people are mad?

@@Reanimatedyt yes, i admit it was a trash move of her, but that shouldn't ERASE every other single aspect of her character. You are treating like what she did was a capital sin. You guys like characters that did WAY WORSE than her. Bakugo for example TRASHED Deku like Kikoru never had (for his whole childhood even), and i see no one trashing him. And btw, i'm not familiar with the Damian thing: do you guys still hate him after more than 25 eps or are you talking about how he was in the beginning? I don't want to force you guys to like her (cause i know it will cause the Kobeni affect all over again), but i'm just saying you could try to see more of Kikoru except "she threw his company's car" thing.

Kikoru had some really good character development in the Manga she really is best girl despite the way she acts in the beginning give her a chance and i will say One of the best Mangas out there its a gem im glad the anime is doing it justice so far

Im actually enjoying tf out of #8, Its story is very reminiscent of like AoT, JJK and OPM all in one but it does good job of being its own thing, Have the Curse Looking Giants that have dedicated Task Forces for dealing with them like AoT, Theyre not afraid to get incredibly graphic like AoT but then not only do Kaijus have Curse Like Appearances but MC Swallows something Nasty to become The Enemy, But alike JJK MC Can control it or in Yujis Case he just Subdues Sukuna, Then you have the Great! Comedy alike OPM on top of, Least so far, An MC that just One Punch Eviscerates anything he punches… An interesting story with great animated action and great comedy, Noticed Kafka read a 9.8 on Kaiju scale seems a perfect set up for oh heres first big bag main protagonist and reads a 9.6 n later in story oh heres a 9.9 then next 10.0 and end game series Nani!? Hes off the charts!? Couldnt have Kafka at 10.0 off the bat so they can at some point introduce Main Villains that are slightly stronger, Unless Villains do hit levels far greater than 10.0 then it wouldnt have mattered if Kafka was 10.0 off the bat… Loving it so far!!
