Hopefully they can turn it around

Leafs were outshot 31-4 in the 2nd period. That's the most shots by any team in any period this season. This was a mercy killing by the Panthers. Imagine if you had to play them round 1.

It was not good. and the leafs led the league with most goals in the second period. This was bad.

We're dead meat. I'd like to think that this year is our year, but that's just unrealistic and false because of some of these players, Keefe's coaching, and the tactics in general. Our team is also run poorly like most other Toronto pro sports teams, which rubs salt in our wounds. I'm usually an optimist, but let's just skip straight to the offseason at this point

It’s sad they have an all star team of JT, AM, MM, WN, and still can’t seem to get it together when it matters most. At that point you have to blame coaching and management. If they beat Boston it would be a miracle

@@OnyxMoneyDrops Well said Onyx mate, couldn't put this better myself. This is the most pitiful state I've seen this team withering in - especially in my very young life. (Our core 4 knows they either are going to fail us or impress, and it'll be the former at this rate.)

boston lost last 2 games on purpose to lose top spot to play the leafs. that's what I would of done. they clearly didn't play against Washington.

I don't think any one losses on purpose. But they are certainly exciting to be playing Toronto

Your first Goal Highlite said everything to Me. This So Called Core 4 are Supposed to be Centermen , Not Wingers. Only Tavaras has the Know how to Cover Zones and Fight for the Puck in each Zone. You will Notice that when Marner and Lillgren were Out , Mathews and Tavaras had Checkers around Them to Fight for the Puck and get it to the Scorer, and the leafs were on a Winning Streak and Lookin Good and Strong. Now Keefe has gone back to putting the Core 4 Together and They are the Weakness that got Us Knocked Out Early 6 or 57 yrs in a Row. The Teams Positioning Matters More than the Player or Paycheck. Notice the Big Paycheck Players can't Win the Cup without the Small Paid Checkers around Him. This is Why I bring Up My Chair with the Stick Taped to It. My Chair has Tipped in 1000's of Goals, but is a -1000 on Defense. Checkers on the Wing and Defense are the Most Important Players and the Centermen is as Valuable as My Chair. My dog has a Great Goalie Record Also. Peace OOT EH.

lol. a lot there to unpack but you aren't wrong. Unfortunatly with some injuries lines got shuffled around. Hopefully for playoffs they go back to what they were.
