There is a difference between the new testament and the new testament section of the Bible. The new testament doesn't begin from Matthew it begins with the death of Jesus, His death gave a new contract. It's important to distinguish what God did for Israel and for the whole world. The new testament gave God the legal enablement to do something that He wanted to do. He wanted sons and daughters.
Repentance was a message to Israel and not for the whole world. The world didn't have the ability to turn away from its sins, they don't need Jesus. Until you are born-again you cannot repent. Repentance can only obtain forgiveness. The sinner doesn't need forgiveness; he needs new life. The death of Jesus was necessary to redeem Israel. The death of Jesus was necessary to save the world. The new testament made it possible for us (Gentiles) to come into a relationship with God. The death of Jesus made it possible for anybody to receive life and when you receive the life you become a new creation.
God saved us by the death of Jesus and made us a new and superior creation who is better than First man Adam. Jesus was raised for our justification. Satan tries to accuse you because he knows that you have a mind that records the past. What Jesus did is bigger than redemption, forgiveness, or salvation from sin...what Jesus did is a new creation.

Everything looks good but what explanation gives Pastor Chris to the book of Revelation? Where the Lord Commanded Repentance for the born again Christian . What answer Pastor Chris gives to 2 Corinthians Chapter 7 8 For though I made you sorry with a letter, I do not repent, though I did repent: for I perceive that the same epistle hath made you sorry, though it were but for a season. 9 Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing. 10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death. 11 For behold this selfsame thing, that ye sorrowed after a godly sort, what carefulness it wrought in you, yea, what clearing of yourselves, yea, what indignation, yea, what fear, yea, what vehement desire, yea, what zeal, yea, what revenge! Pastor Chris did not say "you should not repent" he is telling us that you can not repent is you are not born again meaning you can't repent in the world of sin. It is till you are born again will you notice sin as sin.
How about when Jesus said to Necodimos " you must be born again" Necodemos was a jew. Jesus must tell him " repent" kindly let me understand. Thank you.
