Jeff Fulmer graduated from Pepperdine University in California. After careers in financial services and real estate (with a brief stint in video production), he now enjoys hiking, fishing, yoga, and traveling. Along with his wife, he is involved with their church and local charities. A lifelong writer, Jeff has published a handful of books under pseudonyms, as well as his own name. He lives in Tennessee. His latest book is AMERICAN PROPHET.
Matty Dalrymple is the author of the Lizzy Ballard Thrillers, beginning with ROCK PAPER SCISSORS; the Ann Kinnear Suspense Novels, beginning with THE SENSE OF DEATH; and the Ann Kinnear Suspense Shorts. She is a member of International Thriller Writers and Sisters in Crime. Matty also writes, speaks, and consults on the writing craft and the publishing voyage, and shares what she’s learned on THE INDY AUTHOR PODCAST. She has written books on the business of short fiction and podcasting for authors; her articles have appeared in Writer’s Digest magazine. She is a member of the Alliance of Independent Authors.

    Thanks for sharing Jeff. I enjoyed your conversation with the Indy Author. I especially appreciated your struggle to find the right genre to market your book in that you seem to feel that your book falls in between Christian and general fiction.

    Thank you for the note! As someone whose books don't fall cleanly into the center of a particular genre, I struggle with this as well.
