Few queries i have and am not an insta user: 1.Mind chattering is like an auto process and who invokes that. 2.Is consciousness giving energy to mind to retrieve info from memory basis situation and create content and repeat it often ?

Observer and observed, experiencer and experienced,analyser and analysed,thinker and thought all are same because these all are created by thought..if there will be no thought then these all can't exist Thought is the product of memory and memory is the product of your conditioning...combining all these becomes your conscience or ego or identification...to break the conditioning awareness is the best... awareness without choice,without condemnation,without judging...just being what is

iska matlab Me exist karta hain lekin aap keh rahe ho wo jhut hai. par mujhe sach kiu lagta hain Me? Mujhe kese samajh ayega ki Me jhut hain? ye jo samajh na cah raha hain wo vi to Me hain. lekin ye samajh na cahna ye comment ye to jhut nehi hain to phir jo ye sab likh raha hain wo kese jhut hua vala?

@@mdmorshed560 aap exist karte ho... that's a fact but AAP jisko 'me' man rahe ho vo galat hai...so question this 'me'??....and aapne Pu6a ki Jo likh raha hai vo kon hai... that's a bodily process...aapki memory me se Jo aa raha hai...vo aap likh rahe ho...koi writer nahi betha hai aapke andar Jo likh raha hai....
