This was beautiful. I wish I had done this with my kids. I think things would be so different now that they’re 35. They had it pretty rough in school. It breaks my heart. Kids are cruel. And when people say, homeschooling isn’t fair to kids because they don’t socialize with peers. Well i say, the best socialization they can get is with adults. They learn so much. They learn how to respect others. Kids don’t teach other kids that. There’s no bullying. And the list goes on an on. Socialization with adults I feel is better than socialization with a bunch of kids all day every day. And they do get to socialize with peers when homeschooled as well. I think what you are doing is the most awesome thing. I really wish my husband and I had done it. Be proud. You have already accomplished so much with them. ♥️

Absolutely beautiful video! Reminds me once again to grab every precious moment! Our son is 11.5 and our lives are definitely changing. I don’t ever want to lose sight of the idea that every moment could be your last so make the most of it. God bless you on your journey. Just wanted to say your video touched my heart. As a father of 2, married to their mom for 37 years, I have some idea of what a mom should/could be. I've got a great one and you are one too. Your take on what matters to your kids is all that matters. I see you self sacrifice daily for your kids. It obvious you love them and take the time to show that to them. Take full advantage of the time you have with them. They will grow up. They will leave the RV (nest), all too soon. But you'll ALWAYS be Mom! Keep on that Journey! Take very good care.

My two children are grown. They are the best thing I have ever done with my life. I have three wonderful grandchildren. I loved becoming Grandma. Now they live in NC. Im in Texas. (We were and they are military) now its just me. And thats the hardest part. Your Adventures and Journeys make me smile. Your beautiful family are part of my day. YOU ARE THE BEST MOM AND I HAD THE BEST MOM. That my children love me (even my son who says it in front of his friends) is the Best mom in me .

You are by far the best mother. How could you ever feel that isn't true? I didn't meet my father until i was 16 and my mom was killed when i was 19 and 7 months pregnant. EVERY MOMENT is precious. Value every bit.

Wow! Mine is that they grow up and move away.

I’ve been thinking hard on downsizing from a 5k square ft home to an RV. I have 2 kids but their grown so it will just be me and the wifey. I will be living stationary for a while then eventually going over the road. What kind of advice would u have for a beginner? BTW, this video was amazing and I’m happy for u and ur fam. Ur kids will always remember the time u spent with them not where they lived or what was bought for them. Ty.

Oh I forgot, I do have two questions. Do you have anting stored in a storage unit or is literally everything in the RV? Where do you keep your important documents and files? I’d think there wouldn’t be room for these things on the RV.

We keep a fire box with us for special documents. Some people keep storage units and others let it all go. It would be a preference. We stated out storing some things with family, but over the years we have let so much go and now we only have a few boxes stored of import keep sakes.

That’s good to know. I’m already purging and letting so much clutter go already is such a reliever. I’ve really minimized too what I considered keepsakes. It makes you realize what things really mean to you if anything at all.

Whenever I see you, I try to figure out who you are(to me), and I've come up with... You're the girl next door, who happens to look like Brooke Shields(then, not now)...
