11:43 whenever somebody asks me why I liked the Queen, I wish I could show them all the snippets of stories like this. Just as a human being, she was so kind and thoughtful. Any other world leader or celebrity would have been nice to a random five year old boy and would then move on and forget all about them. The Queen-who is quite used to receiving flowers from hundreds of people and handing them to an equerry-carried these flowers about with her all day, just because she might see this little boy again and she didn't want him to be upset that the Queen didn't still have his flowers.

It's amazing. 90% of canada doesn't sound like this. If I walked into certain parts of the US I'm sure people would have no idea I'm Canadian. Yet whenever we're on the news they always find the guy going "okie dokie, eh" lol

Haha I feel the same, even though I live on the other side off the puddle! I esp hate the radio commercials here, bcs they are local & you suddenly hear this thick accent you NEVER hear otherwise 😝

I saw the installment Adrienne made about the Canadian Maple leaf last night this series was well done.

The queen is glorious and victorious in Canada. After her, Canadians will be able to rejoice a true King of Canada for the first time. The only true and first King of Canada will be Charles.

God save the Queen. I hope she remains healthy.

The Governor General showed a very ‘sour’ look during the whole party. She was seated behind William, so she was on camera a lot. One of her advisors should have warned her.

It would require the restructuring of our parliamentary system and it would require a united push across all parties to make such a restructuring, or a referendum (the former impossible, the latter less likely), but yes I agree.
