Understand the difference between being Lonely, and being Alone. They may sound similar, but the two are fundamentally different. A person who is Alone is not sad - they are content in their own company. They are free to create their experience as they please, and enjoy it. Solitude is a gift if you have the strength to see it that way. Loneliness is the hope that someone will remove or distract you from the self doubt you feel in your isolation. You can change perspective if you live from the inside out, not the outside in.

Even though I'm not feeling high-spirited at this moment, I enjoy feeling what I feel, it allows me to explore my mind. It doesn't feel that good as it does being happy because of you spending your time with your favorite person, that's for sure. But getting to know the ways I'm behaving depending on how my day goes, is a method that has helped me to discover how my mind is working, and it seems to be normal and fine. Understanding new things changes me in a way that is not specific enough as to explain what provoked it. For sure I'll come back later, then read this and think in a different way, although I hope I still thinking this way, it'll help me. Thanks for reading. Have a restful night.

This playlist reminds me of something I used to do. I would get on vr and play some vrchat, but I would find a room. In particular an empty room thats either raining or stars. And I would sit there in real life and game wondering and thinking about life. It was fun and this playlist reminds me of the music played. It is calming.

I honestly want to play vrchat. Games have always been a haven for me in this chaotic and at times, cruel world, so actually being IN THE GAME so to speak would be a wondrous experience. I too, am someone who often ponders a lot about life, so the spots you’re talking about sound like heaven to me.

I love this channel so much. The playlists helps me sleep and helps me feel better cause sometimes I'll be crying while listening to the playlist 😞❤️ I always feel much better

everytime i listen to this i think of how useless i am sometimes since going from school normally to going to home schooling has really made me miss out on old adventures at my other school like field trips, hangouts etc i just feel whenever i see my friends going on a school trip it just impacts me on how they are enjoying life while im stuck at home taking lessons from pre recorded videos as my school i just wish to have people to talk to like i did at my old school but thats sadly not the case at the moment. All i ask is to go back to how my life was before...
