Thank you Pile #2 I needed that, been off loading years of stored pain. The world is distorted but if you stay centered in your heart you’ll feel right at home in any situation. It’s hard to understand the power of compassion unless you serve it to yourself first. The mind is only a tool, it’s not who we are. The most important discovery in life requires the neutrality of mind energy. Through sleep we are physically, mentally and spiritually restored. This is done daily, don’t take anything for granted. Love and Light ❤

How to "help me" be authentically you. I don't need much.. n im not looking for him to change spiritually who he is just because i am ...it just helps me because im more emotional than others... So i need to have a closer relationship with God..in order to stay balanced ❤🙏💯
