When it comes to most forms of art and even sports. You can see a vast amount of improvement in most anything with just a couple weeks of well disciplined practice… It totally depends on the hobby. But drawing is no exception. You would get drastically better at it if you practiced for just an hour a day. You could be at level 2 within a month or two, easy.
