Great response to critics that say a TA is not sophisticated enough for a doctorate. I completely agree with you that the sophistication lies in the researchers skill and not the methodology used.

Actively engaged with the data, through the lens of their own cultural membership and social positioning, their theoretical assumptions and ideological commitment. So, it’s not about accuracy, it’s not about reliability.” So, you proport that a good method of scientific research does not need to be accurate or reliable? Rather it is reasonable or even superior for a ‘researcher’ to insert their own cultural and ideological bias into a data set and come to whatever conclusion they feel to be correct based on their bias?
