Completely agree. She speaks things in a way you can see the purpose and maximize that part in the best possible way - even if it's not in the way you were hoping to hear.

Pile 2 - thank you. You don’t sugar coat it and keep it real which is refreshing. My avoidant ex discarded me with no notice. He used me and never loved me at all. He doesn’t care with the ghosting when he left. It was an illusion that he loved me that I so wanted to believe. I am trying to let go but it is traumatizing and hurts so badly.
