    Really can relate to luckey’s when he spoke about the driving instructor.My instructor also keep sleeping and using phone,and it’s a miracle I pass my TP.I realise most of the bad instructor encountered is from private and not school.😢

    i know this is a older video n all... but i have a couple of questions... im asking cuz im a american caucasian male... question 1: why (if) they do in singapore count the rooftops/balconies as part of the homes square footage? in america u couldnt cuz its not a sustained room to protect u from the elements n what not... for example if u build up the balcony to include the indoors of the home itself yes i counts... in america for example u can have a screened porch n it counts as square footage if it has windows n everything to protect from the weather temps etc.. just like in america we have basements ur cant legally count it as square footage if its not fully/partially finished even if its part of the foundation itself... im just curious why cuz it seems like singapore counts that so it makes it sound bigger then it actually is.. question 2: ive seen plb condo/hdb tours and they mention u can put a grill outside on the balcony for example... i had another realtor company said u can put one if u want to get arrested... so im confused on what u can do/cant do if that makes sense... also does it make a difference if u have a ground floor condo unit then one on a higher floor? or does it have to be a corner unit or a certain sized balcony? question 3: say u buy a resale condo as a foreigner.. does the individual have to pay for the inspections itself or is it supplied by the current/previous owner. perhaps that falls under the condo building itself? and what the process like if u find issues with it when u still wanna purchase it? sorry my grammer sucks and also sorry for the essay long questions... i just wanted to really explain the depth of the question i was asking

    about not paying the absd by using the essential occupier to buy a second property when buying the first house can the essential occupier use their oa to pay for the downpayment etc or will their income be recorded to see the amount of grants able to receive or their income doesnt matter?

    Hi, regarding the essential occupier, Can I change from spouse from owner to occupier? and result in only 1 owner in the HDB? and then my spouse buys a condo?

    My wife and I are both 31 now, and we've bought our 2 properties whwn we were 27 and 30 years old. Never looking back and we're glad to have started early. Time is money (in terms of loan tenure) and it's heartening to see you guys trying to help fellow millenials (and Gen Zs) on this journey!

    i dont think resale is a mistake just because you view it as being made off money from. if resale significantly lowers the amount of time you have to wait for a roof over your head, to me it is worth it.

    You can only own 1 HDB. Which means you have to let go of either one.
