And also if you have no religion you're only living you're live to be happy and also some non-believers don't care about doing something wich is bad because they die anyway. I know there are some crazy people who are killing people for their religion but forget about them. If we use religion the right way we make this world a better place. It's not religion who causes some negative stuff, it's the human itself.

Another interesting thing about the Ruh is that it is taken away by Allah Ta' ala everytime we sleep and before we wake up Allah Ta' ala returns the soul back to the body but.... Allah Ta' ala is the only one who decides whose Ruh will be returned when we wake up. Allahu Akbar Authentication from Quraan: Surah Al - An' am, Ayah 60 or Surah Number 6 ayah 60 or Quraan [6:60]: And it is He who takes your souls by night and knows what you have committed by day. Then He revives you therein that a specified term may be fulfilled. Then to Him will be your return; then He will inform you about what you used to do. Surah Az - Zumar ayah 42 or Surah Number 39 ayah 42, or Quraan [39:42] Allah takes the souls at the time of their death, and those that do not die [He takes] during their sleep. Then He keeps those for which He has decreed death and releases the others for a specified term. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought.

@@RR-gq3jl Studies have shown that there are different stages of sleep, about 4 or 5 stages depending on the where you get the information from, so when the body moves during sleep the person is in one of the earlier stages of sleep which is called Non - REM sleep, the person is not in deep sleep yet but they are in the process of getting the deep sleep. Another word for deep sleep is called REM sleep, this is the final stage of sleep where we dream and the body shuts down all muscle movement which means the body is in the state of temporary paralysis for the duration of that deep sleep, scientist have said that the reason for muscle shut down is to prevent body from unexpected injury. Now according to the Quraan from my knowledge (Allah Ta 'ala forgive me as I do not mean to misguide anyone), I believe that the soul or Ruh is taken during the REM stage of sleep but I don't think there is any mention of this in the Quraan so I may be wrong. Allah Ta 'ala knows best.

"And they ask you, [O Muhammad], about the soul. Say, "The soul is of the affair of my Lord. And mankind have not been given of knowledge except a little"........Quran 17:85

Bismillah. This scholar misguides everyone with his little (or no) knowledge about the subject he's talking about. The correct understanding about Ruh is; Allah has given every human being 2 Ruhs: (1) Ruh Hayavani & (2) Ruh Insaani. The (1) Ruh Hayavani is the same kind of Ruh all the animals have. Allah has 'created' this Ruh! This Ruh has the Nafs; this wants everything, enjoys anything that gives pleasure to the body (likes eating, wants sex, etc). While people fall asleep, this Ruh always stays with the body. Allah has granted permission to Shaitan to access this Ruh & allowed him to create 'waswas' to the mankind. (2) Ruh Insaani - a special kind of Ruh, that "knows the difference between right & wrong". This Ruh was not created, but is directly from Allah! Now understand the Ayat (38:72); Allah fashioned Hazrat Adam Alaihissalaam and blow in him from his Ruh (it was not a created one!). This Ruh doesn't sleep! Remember; while people fall asleep, Allah temporarily takes this Ruh away from the body (that's why according to Islam; sleeping is partially a death). Only if Allah returns it, the body is alive / awake. 'Ruh Hayavani' is like a horse & 'Ruh Insaani' is the owner who rides it, because it is directly from the God. So Muslims should always follow instructions from the 'Ruh Insaani'. Those who ignore 'Ruh Insaani' and takes order from 'Ruh Hayavaani', those were the ones who dwell in hell fire. 'Ruh Insaani' is the ONLY Ruh that is capable of understanding Allah and His secret knowledge (Magh'rifat-ullah), because it is directly from Allah himself. When we say Allah is watching us, we often think Allah is watching from the above (like a security camera). Now understand where he actually is. Allah says in Holy Quran; "We are closer to him than (his) jugular vein". These are secret knowledge (Sirr) of Islam. This is what the Holy Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa-Sallam replied the Jews while they asked about the Ruh; the knowledge of the Ruh which is only with the Lord, and of knowledge given to a little (few) mankind. This Ayat was often wrongly translated as; "you mankind have been given only a little knowledge". Allah says in Holy Quran (55:18 ~ 55:23), -He has loosed Salt water (Ruh Hayavani) and Fresh water (Ruh Insaani) meeting together. -Between them is a barrier which none of them can transgress. -Out of them both come out pearl and coral (from the barrier, the God's secret knowledge will come out). These are the blessings from Allah for Jinns & mankind (to explore, and to attain higher status in the hereafter). Jazakumullah for reading my comment, please make Dua for both of us (and also for my family) to understand Allah's secret knowledge & to perform ibadat accordingly. Also make Dua for Afiyat in this world & hereafter. THE soul is the house of the spirit, don't sell your house

There are two types of soul 1.nafs al-ammārah إنَّ النَّفْسَ لَأَمَّارَةٌ بِالسُّوءِ “Indeed the nafs that overwhelmingly commands a person to do sin.” (12:53) 2 nafs al-lawwāmah. وَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِالنَّفْسِ اللَّوَّامَةِ “And I swear by the reproaching soul.” (75:2) o the sign [that people have such a nafs] is precisely that when they commit a sin, they feel remorse [and] regret, they feel guilt, they feel shame, they feel embarrassment, they wish they could take it back, they wish they never did it. They may even intend at that moment to never do that again 3.nafs al-mutma’innah. يَا أَيَّتُهَا النَّفْسُ الْمُطْمَئِنَّةُ ارْجِعِي إِلَى رَبِّكِ رَاضِيَةً مَرْضِيَّةً To the righteous it will be said, “Oh reassured soul, return to your Lord well pleased, and pleasing to Him. They are mutma’in, [meaning] they are content with the hukm of Allah Almighty, there is nothing else that makes them happy. [But such people are] also doing what makes them happy [because] this person has been molded and trained and disciplined in such a way, that the only thing that makes [their nafs] happy, that gives it solace, the only thing that it is mutma’in on, that it is content with, is what Allah Almighty is pleased with and what Allah Almighty is content with.

Eselamu Alejkum This is not the same sa Ruh. Ruh, or in English, Spirit, is All Good. Always strive to do the good and want to be on the path to Allah s.a.w. The Nefs is the soul, and there you have multiple levels.

I've been questioning about the part where Allah put the soul into the Adam body whether the soul was part of him or separate for a while, and subhanaAllah he answered my curiosity in here

The pineal gland (Third Eye) Is the portal for the Ruh. And It Is the Ruh that can get rewarded If you try your best to be A good person as you can be and live Godly. For those who dont believe, dont care and those who spoilage will feel unimaginable sufferings for their ingratitude. I had A unpleasant dream once of how It was without attachment to A body, or In other words the travel more clearer and It was like unbearable and panicing cause I just wanted to wake up of the dryness that was scathing, so A body has to be the ”water” A soul urges for. This with the pineal gland makes me think of underground molekylecolliders that maybe are man made copys of the Pineal gland and they front with the experiment of wanting to know ”how It all began with the big bang” but actually want to tair some kind of vail that maybe hinders the evil or maybe the good army from reaching us externally. If for good peoples benefit then let It be. Sounds A little bit scienc fictionally but just A thought from some videos on KZread about molekylecolliders around the world, could It be true and where our taxes end up In attempts to finish off humanity by curious ore misslead/possessed gambling men.

Ruh is something which gives consciousness to a living being , our body is made up of atoms , proteins and lipids which are all non living and unconscious . But when it these combine in a certain manner they give rise to life and a conscious being is born . So consciousness is always something which humans have always pondered upon that what makes us a conscious creatures . And the answer they came up with was the Soul

Time 10:18 Study yourself. Don't trust all scholars blindly like Jews. Nafs is soul. Ruh is the title of Jibreel AS. Allah swt did not say He blew His Ruh into Adam(as). He says He blew into (Adam)FROMمن His Ruh. @@mahilahmed9259 I'll leave that to you to figure out. But don't worry. We need to believe in God. Call it a weakness or the way of nature. Maybe all religions have flaws. But at least we are aware that something is much superior and beyond us and aware of what we are unaware of. But that doesn't give licence to believe in anything blindly. Since your religious doctrine asks you to investigate, be a good Muslim and do it yourself. Until then, Peace be upon you and may God bless you.
