Still not clear on this. Sawettabutt shouted but Pawade was asked to deliberately hand over the point by serving into the net??? total confusion!

The coach heard it wrong. It was Pavade's shout, that's why she gifted the next point.

And what about stomping during the rally? Not stomping at serve but during the rally

Pavade shouted during the point, she later gave the point back by serving in the net

ITTF is more interested in expensive paint and camera and lighting ( doesn't mean that the filming angles or camera-work is going to be improved at all ). I think what happened was Pavade asked for clarification about the involuntary shout, but Sawettabutt did not protest or deny anything. I think France team/coach felt it was in bad-sport / anti-play to have raised the issue. Coach told Pavade to serve net as apology but the pendulum serve hit the table edge ( hence the laughter and trying to not laugh ). Then she simply served into the net to get the game going again without over-complicating the incident. ITTF truly loves to damage and destroy any semblance of fairness or technical level-playing ground. ITTF doesnt bother to clarify and fix their rule problems. ITTF doesnt address the equipment disparity between well-funded players ( who get special sponsors and boosted equipment from the factory ) vs. ordinary players ( who cant even dream of getting such sponsors or funding ). We need a Player-run ITTF for Players by Players of Players.

The Thai girl may shout. Buy I think she is a nice player, she is not going to shout intentionally to hinder the opponent.

Ocha makes breathing sounds every attack. That is acceptable. Conversation of anytype is not acceptable during play.

yeah tbh, even if we give all the benefit of the doubt that he is doing it because it helps him to perform stroke and it become a habit that doing it is not intentional, he should still be limited by the rule. We do not want to see table tennis become full of grunts because first, its not intentional if it becomes a habit and it kind of piss your opponent off. It should just be a rule where excessive grunting can be punished, so people train under it.

Shouting should not be Allowed. Hand can be pulluped

Looks like umpire did not do anything, shouting player awarded next point by herself, opponent returned it back because she felt no longer that the shout was a big deal after all
