Great video, Summerville will not run here and there for the team and only runs back to help Firpo if he wants to. Also will only pass the ball to his friends or just clearly too selfish. Also when you do see them occasionally mix it up they start getting in each others way or lose the ball. Unfortunately Norwich were a proper team and we just have a team of talented individuals, as we are not learning and getting worse not better.

excellent breakdown Locky, really enjoyed this. Would love to see his norwich side compared to Gladbach and Leeds to see is it just leeds.

Good idea mate. I think I might do a similar thing end of the season 🤔 once we know our situation, can we improve and what could we do to improve. From what I was told in Germany he played a more counter style, so would be interesting to see.

Good vid Locky. My takeaway is that Farke has had to restore confidence in a broken team when he came in, instilled confidence in his young team and is still building. These things take time and players take time to grow into their roles. We have a very young side and are missing a Grizzled 10 to tie it all together. Farke has so much further to go with this team and realistically it's the lack of preseason and club turmoil that really cost us.

I think we are going to spend many,many years in the Championship…some of this side look as though they are already thinking about other clubs they’re looking at joining…Farke is too stubborn for his own..and certainly us fans..good. This incessant passing back to the keeper..Rodon is the main culprit…or just passing across the pitch to Ampadu …Rodon is the main culprit…just allows the opposition to get back into defensive positions…just once in a while, knock it forward..please!!

I really hope that you are right but I fear you are not. Never the less your analysis is thought provoking and interesting.

Confidence at the back is what has cost us mainly. Gruev hasnt been as effective since his injury. Defence guves the rest of the team confidence.

Remember Farke told Rutter off for embarrassing the opposition so how can you be sure he is not constraining others. Also remember Farke focuses on ball retention hence how often our players will pass back even from attacking positions and we never see long raking balls and very few through balls. And then there are the problems he has not addressed, poor keeper, poor at set pieces, poor goal contributions outside the front 4, no striker.

Yes he did but that because he was trying very wreckless stuff in dangerous areas. It’s different to telling players to stand there and not move. Todd was good at it because his ball retention was much better than Rutters and when rutter was confident then it’s great but when he wasn’t it became very disruptive.

Good point tho, my point is 1)trust isn’t there with the players (like the Norwich side) 2) I just don’t think some of them are perfect for what he wants, top players but maybe just don’t understand clearly the role. And that’s fine some players are suited to different roles.

Potentially but I’m not sure there form is physically effective more than what was expected, it’s all mental for me. But no doubt there is a lack of subs having a big role which isn’t good because competition is key. He doesn’t trust the bench players to start and this is an issue, one recruitment must fix next window, imo . Thanks for the question Simon 🙌

Fair point. I think a bit more match time may be helped the bench players and if u want rid at least u putting them in the shop window so to speak. But I'm sat on ma bed and he's on the sideline so....

Funny how you’ve pulled out Norwich heat maps and seen a few Norwich games in 48 hours I wonder who handed them to you to make an analysis and thus making an argument for Farke as a good manager? Just when the fans are questioning his lack of tactics, how convenient. I’m not convinced you know deep down and I know Farke fucked his dressing room allowing entitlement to creep into an unchanging squad where profesionalism hard work and motivation aren’t rewarded. Coupled with a manager that has zero tactical knowledge it’s a recipe for falling short of the finishing line. I knew this would be a call for transfers even without listening a bad craftsman always blames his tools which is what Farke is doing with this PR video. Hahahaha did anyone see Shay Adam’s play at the weekend he was receiving the ball along the whole of the front line from left to right to center his defenders where waltzing past a non existent press from Piroe, it was a class display of a real mobile forward can anyone see Bamford and Piroe playing like that? I rest my case. Too much hype and excuses equals mediocrity. Good luck with that.

Again I keep telling you but I think you must really struggle to compute “perspective” I work with coaches so I try to show a different “perspective” that’s why I made a video from a coaching “perspective” to give a coaching “perspective” to create a counter point to people who might not have that coaching “perspective”. ​@@martinwilby8942That's not many compared to the majority of the team. Bad passing, slow passing, missing sitters, not releasing the obvious ball, mostly due to taking their eyes off the ball when passing or shooting. A lot of that is down to the coaching team.

I think it will get worse if he doesn't learn from his mistakes ,his ability to make changes and tactical adjustments when players are out of form is alarming

Rutter not been given time recover after surgery and this is on farke not enough rotation and Rutter struggling after this surgery and in truth farke stubborn approach its killing leeds and if he doing this now to team what's next season going be like same old on that id get rid he won't change is stupid approach regarding squad player and he say experience needed well if so why send Luke out and he contradictory on what he says and another thing after Norwich what as farke done nothing fail Germany so we going on a man who was good 3yrs ago now he in quite different situation leeds too big for farke
