And also something I has forgot to talk about that the video didn’t mention is that the Carnitrix story has a happy ending with adult Ben after losing his left arm with the Carnitrix and paradox show up and see what is Ben doing so Ben begin to begging him to send him to the past and stop him self from getting the Carnitrix and after some argue paradox told him that he will be disappear but Ben say that he don’t care and that what he want it so he go back and time stop his past self from getting the Carnitrix and disappear with a smile and that how it ended a bit sad but it was the best way to stop his suffering

Honestly, I like the concept of the Carnitrix and with what happened to the device after, with Paradox getting the Carnitrix and hiding it away, it leads me to believe that Carnitrix Ben is No watch Ben. I'm sincerely thinking this because even though Paradox said that he's a Ben without an Omnitrix, the Professor could have remembered the Carnitrix timeline and not mention it to anyone like he did with the timeline where Ben and Kevin didn't try to hack the Omnitrix to win the conquerors challenge. That's just me thinking about it randomly but it can be a possibility.

I like your idea but I honestly think it wouldn’t work, cause Ben would remember everything, and also Gwen and max are alive, and in a lot of iterations he has his arm cut off to remove the watch

As for why Celestialsapiens are in the Carnitrix, a simple answer would be that this AU's version of Azmuth may have tricked them by claiming their DNA was meant to act as a failsafe
