I tweaked code if the function was correct but the use of the function was wrong. So it's still considered correct.

ive tried to use google bard to help me script before, almost every time you ask bard to do something related to death mechanics, it thinks you want to kill people in real life or something???? sometimes, if i just replace the word "kill" with respawn, bard will shut up and do what i say

Yeah, same with other AIs. I find that saying something more technical like setting the humanoid health to 0 or 1, then manually setting it to 0 is a great way of getting around it.

Chatgpt, it helps but, it last update was on 2021 so a lot of scripts may not work, try character ai, (not any character, the helper ball thingy)

Now add one last row where it's a human (you) But give yourself difficult challenges that expand on the basic ideas.

Personally, I think the best intelligence for coding in Luau is your brain, the documentation, and the Roblox DevForum as opposed to AIs that can barely consistently write a script that kills the player and that pretty much always use outdated services and methods but that's just me

The running script only is a shift to run bc it worked for me on chatgpt but it said a shift to run script.

In the extreme one, I think there was a problem in chatGPT that you missed, you see. In the first lines there are locals and those locals present the parts that needs to be touched but if this is incorrect, then I have no clue because I am a level 4 scripter and can fix bugs.

@@pnwnkgin the beta features you can enable AI which can make scripts for you. After openning beta AI setting then writing 7 lines of stuff you just type "-" 2 times then write what you want it to script

AI just helps a lil bit but you have to describe every single details to it and it still doesn't give you good responses and you still have to figure stuff out on your own. maybe in next decade AI will be able to create simple tycoon on it's own.

theres an easy work around, you just make a serverscript then set it to client in runcontext in properties

What is the difference between play and play here?

bing chat is now Microsoft copilot. AI can be useful for simple tasks, like tweeting parts/gui, open/close gui, touched event, etc. It can save devs time on developing roblox games but your brain is always responsible for most of the work.
