I think this video gonna help me a lot for me to study pre-SCM before getting into graduate school. I majored in aviation pilot but got interested in SCM and sourcing out for taking pre-class and this is it. Thanks for sharing the best lecture :)

So based on the info I've been able to gather from the video so far, a great one by the way, the supply chain is basically the flow of raw materials to the finished product with the aim of satisfying demand.

Yes - I gathered about the same: but would like to add, in the case of Dell, it would be: " ...with the aim of satisfying manifested *and specific* demand" - because the customer has paid for a product made to his/her particular specs.

This is what comes to mind when I hear the word supply chain. Supply chain is the supply of products or delivery of service to consumers/customers.
