Roadmap: HTML + CSS + Js (Frontend) MERN Tech Stack for Backend: MongoDB(Database) + ExpressJs(Framework) + ReactJs(Library) + NodeJs(Environment) Learn SQL too since mongoDB is NoSQL database. Then, learn about Networking(servers, ports etc) and APIs. Don't wait for all of it to complete. Start implementing as soon as you complete certain portion of it. Then randomly apply multiple multiple things together and test everything. Don't wait to start. There are multiple courses and guides available on the internet. **This is just a personal suggestion but I hope this helps**

Yes MySQL, SQLite, PostgreSQL are softwares supporting SQL. You download one software and start learning SQL with them.
