"What is Savin' Me" by Adam Pearce (Acoustic Performance)
I know some of the guitar work seems a little "simple," but that's because I kept it true to the original version. When I wrote and recorded this song I was a newbie guitar player that couldn't really do much. With that being said, I still think the lead work is cool. I'm proud of my 19 year old self. He had a different energy than what I have today. Not necessarily better or worse, just different. Hope y'all dig it!

It pains me to see what passes for talent these days headlining world tours, then I listen to you, a man with such creative genius coursing through his veins, the embodiment of talent, the emotion in your voice is palpable and penetrates to the very soul of the listener, yet the whole world does not know your name. That is a crime if there ever was one. I’ve listened to you over and over again covering songs from other artists that I felt were un-coverable, but you pull it off every single time in spectacular fashion. There is an artist I always felt nobody could cover and do it justice, but I have no doubt you could. That is Marty Balin. Have you ever considered covering Runaway by Jefferson Starship? That song came out in 1978 on their Earth album when I was 18. I have no doubt you could do something amazing with it. Just a humble suggestion.

It is quite frustating indeed, brother, but comments like this let me know that there is a real appreciation for music out there. And that keeps me going. I'll have to check out that tune!
