I am buying a row house in Mohali, The dealer is saying this property falls under the Municipal corporation and MC doesn't come under RERA . I am a bit confused. What needs to be checked?

It's Not True that project doesn't come under rera.. you check NA, separate 7/12, Construction permission or CC... etc or contact a local advocate
I bought land from the builder n developers and built a bungalow. It's a gated community. Their RERA registration expired last year and now RERA has rejected them to renew the registration. As a customer what problem I will face if they don't renew RERA registration? Developer is asking us to sign papers required for renewal.

RERA ka full form apne Galat likha hai😂 RERA ka full Form hai Real Estate ( Regulation & Developement) Act 2016 hai
