    Can you cancel your commercial unit if you have not signed bba yet but your commercial property is allotted. The builder is saying as per rera you have to pay 40 percent GST.

    Actually RERA act started in India in 2016 that's why the property didnt have rera

    Thanks for this vedio. I just booked commercial property in which builder is charging me the property cost based on super buildup area while the carpet area is just about 50% of superbuild up area. What RERA says about it . Is commercial property size & price to be specified based on carpet area or super build up area . Pls advise.

    Rera gives rera number for developer ,but developer do fraud Rera don't act..rera itself is chor authority.... I feel there is corruption going on between developer and rera development...
