    Mam, i am a student of b. tech final year. Mujhe final year project ka bare bahut negative thoughts aate hai. Shuru me lagta hai kya hoga, kaise hoga then, mujse nhi ho payega, ma too kuch nhi kar sakta and then i start feeling guilty about it (as all of my friends even those who are weaker than me in academic are not thinking like this, so i should shame on myself what type of person i am.... Like this) Then the extreme part came where i feel that i can't do anything in my life, life is very long and it feel very hard to live the life. Sometimes these thought rests for hours, sometime for days and even for weeks. So, it always start from project or a study related topic and place me in this brainstorm, so mam can you help me about it.

    Dr. Is persistent worry about any logical fear ( like foreseeing difficulties in business due to recession) is also a form of OCD? I;e are Repeated Chain of thoughts an OCD?
