Very well articulated. Thank you. One question/comment to consider embedding into the overall program management: Managing change adoption as different from change management that was explained in Development phase. This change adoption management goes a long way in ensuring organization's strategic goals are accomplished in a more meaningful way - IMHO. Thank you !
Very well explained and easy to follow information. Leaving details visible for screenshots but keeping deeper dives reserved for a later time was a great way to stay on track and keep viewers engaged throughout the topical view of Program Management. I have an interview for my first Program Manager role coming up soon, and this video was the most helpful that I have come across in preparing my understanding of the role. Thank you!
