If you prime with more than 100 ml it can cause increase in TMP during priming can rupture the membrane and you will not know the leak until you initiate plasma exchange

RL is combination of sodium chloride, sodium lactate, potassium chloride, and calcium chloride and It is help to maintain Blood pressure & prevent from electrolyte disturbances
