I think a plaint is a suit filed by a person or more than one persons wherein a relief is sought, and a petition is filed wherein a solution is sought to a problem. If anybody knows more than this, please don't hesitate to post your comments. Please !

Gurbachan ji In the video I have explained the legal term plaint only not the petition . I have also not made the video regarding the difference Between plaint and plaintiff. There is some difference in the both. You call the presiding officer of the lower court as judge. But you call the presiding officer of the High Court or Supreme Court as Justice. They both deliver justice. In the same manner petition and plaint , they both are made for getting relief from the Court. I hope you would understand that my video was not for petition.
