it will be best to see a dermatologist who can examine you and guide you. Depiwhite has Hydroquinone and should be used only under a doctor's supervision.

retinol works by exfoliating the skin. Thus its role in treating freckles and melasma is quite modest. Vitamin C is better for glow and shine on face. It is not primarily targeted for treating pigmentation on the skin.

Kojic acid is one of the molecules which helps in hyperpigmentation. However, we would suggest you to see a dermatologist before starting this therapy.
