Just watched the last episode, and wow, it had my heart racing throughout the whole thing. One of the best things I've watch on TV for a long time. Thoroughly recommend it.

I don't know. When I'm in Britain, or Northern Ireland, will be able to watch it on BBC player. I think if I download it, it won't play outside of those areas. Unfortunately. I get to see BBC programmes for free when they're on my local free player in Ireland --- RTE. It may be streamed somewhere.

Yes good acting and good set design - but the concept is ridiculous! At that time Russia - The Soviet Union - wouldn't have wasted throwing a pebble at London - never mind wasting their precious few nukes. The US was their target - if they sent nukes into London - the US would cheer and launch everything they had (in their trigger happy way) and flatten Russia - without ever having a nuke come their way The only reason Russia bothered with UK - was they were easy to infiltrate and that gave them access to Western intelligence and more importantly the US Russia wouldn't care what 'the letter' of last resort said - it was the US that would retaliate - and be happy to. The whole concept of the show is ridiculous - (unless somewhere there is a clever twist and it's actually the US trying to trick Russia into nuking London so they can have their merry way with Russa?- though I doubt it with the heavy handedness of the first 2 episodes And please can we stop the trope - important bad guy has gun to head of good guy - other good guy comes round the corner pointing a gun. Bad guy says "put your gun down and give it to me." Good guy dutifully obeys and then spends the rest of the show's season tracking down said bad guy - who meanwhile wreaks havoc. Jeeze scriptwriter - let him shoot the guy and find other ways to carry the plot! Bring back SLOW HORSES
