What is Occupational Therapy -in Autism/LD/ADHD / Priyanka Gupta / Hindi
#Occupationaltherapy in children is a therapeutic use of exercises, activities ,strategies in a play way method in order to bring back the kids into their functional level as per their age and capabilities. It is a means to an end to make the person independent in their daily routine activities like
feeding
toileting
dressing
grooming
Major part of the day, a newborn infant is occupied in sleeping or feeding (their occupation).
As the child grows, his occupation could be being a
*peer
*family member
*student
Whenever your child is stuck in performing his occupation then role of Occupational Therapist comes into the picture.

My son is 3 years old. He learn all activities well when we will teach. Now he start poing also. He has some speech like papa, mama, dedo also but he doesn't speak any word with our eye contact. He give good eye contact also with playing toy. One doctors told me he has mild autism. Three therapist told me he has mild ADD problem. He watched too TV from age 8month to 2.2 years. Now doesn't watch tv. I am not conform what is the problem with my child Mild Autism or Mild ADD.

Hello Maam, My son will be 4 years old in coming November. He improved alot in so many things. But still he is having an issue with palm reversal error. Ex: when I show him Palm he will see palm. Example when I say bye bye (waving) he does exactly opposite way. Any tips to correct his palm reversa
