That was very impressive. My prior company was using IDEAS throughout the 1990s, and switched to ProE right when IDEAS and Unigraphics merged in mid 2000. I never got to use the merged product, now 20 years later.

X-form is as always super handy - it's really a secret weapons at times. Wish NX would get a better matching tool - match-edge is unfortunately very archaic for A surface needs.

Nice work. Though, in real life you will not be able to machine the mold by robot due to lack of stiffness

Not entirely sure anyone uses Xpedition at all to be honest (never heard myself). Might want to port NX to industry standard tools such as Altium for instance, KiCad which most likely soon be de-facto, etc. That's where and why CAD/CAM/CAE tools such as SolidWorks shines, they are versatile and yet incredibly powerful. Don't be left behind, Siemens NX

"anyone uses Xpedition at all" Mentor Xpedition and Cadence has much bigger market share than Altium... Altium is used mainly by medium sized brands , big boys use Mentor/Cadence - You know like Apple for ex. And don't compare SolidWorks with NX - SolidWorks, Inventor and SolidEdge are in one bag (for small to medium projects). NX and CATIA are in another bag (for ex. if You are Boeing and need to design a plane)

Xpedition customers contribute to a large market share of ECAD tools. NX collaborates with all ECAD tools using industry standard methods (IDF, IDX, ODB++, etc.). Altium is popular however has limitations compared with the market leaders, Xpedition and Cadence Allegro. You will find though, a better integration between NX and Xpedition than ANY other combination of tools currently available; and it will only get better.

@Paul Bevan honestly due to high coast and advertisements i learnd this software in some fields , it's good for cam but for complex part design it doesn't worth it , its not efficient enough the engine is old

@Paul Bevan i really love nx , those gigantic companies wont bother to use super computers to do simple tasks , they'll never feel any difference , but for a simple test (im not a fan of rhinoceros) but simply comparing these two in terms of the speed of interacting we can see a hell of difference , also non of those automated features that has been shown here are actually functional in real action but in this advertising video

@Paul Bevan thats it ! this is the number one rule for business, but you didn't show 5sec delay for executing a simple task like extrude or fillet ( due to old programming engine has to load a dll which takes extra time for each click ) , or you didn't show other downsides that are really existed in software , nx is too much powerful again i love it
