We hear the word “Neurodiversity” a lot these days. So, Li-Jun & Qiana decided to explain what neurodiversity is.
Qiana is Autistic while Li-Jun has Tourette’s. Both Qiana and Li Jun, have many friends who have other neurological variants such as ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia etc.
They explain how society can benefit by embracing neurodiversity.
It is important to create an environment that nourishes acceptance and inclusion.
We need diverse perspectives for progression.
