Looks beautiful!!! What did you do about the rain water problem? I see the drain on the floor, is there a sump pump installed?

Thanks - There is enough slope on the yard for gravity to do it's work! Otherwise, we would have put a sump pump in.

I don't post prices here on KZread but you can go to my Houzz page & it has price ranges you can look at. Every pool I do is custom - the cost varies between cities, lots, elevations & soil conditions, etc. Texas costs are way different then California or Tennessee, etc.
