thank you very much
Good to see someone taking so much care over the cows, such a clean parlour too, although I'm not sure I would go for a parallel, I think a herringbone is quicker based on what I see here. It's great to see how other people do it though, thanks for the video
Ryanthanks for showing the parlor and do like how the gate system works and good video from you dad.

Interesting and informative video thanks.
I like your milking parlour and keep up with the good job
Great video enjoyed very much
great video. I like you testing first. I see a lot that just put the machine on.
that is a very nice milking parlour
Awesome video we dairy farm in Newzealand, that is a really well setup cowshed. We milk in a 20 a side herringbone the advantages of your milking parlour is the cows can milk at there own speed. Were in our cowshed if you have a slow one you have to wait. Keep on farming

Great video
how many cows do you milk? i milk 240 cows with a 24 stands side by side milking parlor (you really have to get going in order to keep up lol)
How long does it take for you to milk. ?
I'm so happy I've came across this video, I have seen many of your other videos but it was nice to see how the milking process works. It's really interesting and the technology seems great. How many litres of milk do you produce per day?
@FarmingLife
6 жыл бұрын
probably about 5-6 thousand per day depending on how many and what time of year
How many cows will the new shed hold
Good video, but the vacuum does not suck the milk out, it holds the unit on the teats and carries the milk away, the pulsation mimics a calf feeding action, this is what gets the milk out. keep up the good work. Cotlandfarmer

Cotlandfarmer this isnt completly true, yes the lining in the clusters squeezes and helps but the pulsating vacuum sucks the milk out, think about it, when a calf wants milk, it sucks on the cow teats it doesent squeeze it
good vid
maybe your dad should start up his own youtube channel I think it would e good
Excellent video Ryan. Was that your dad doing the milking? He explained what he was doing really well.

The Scottish Mad man I milk at home with a 16 a side parlour and our cows face there back to us
the cow that had the mastitis did you tag her then or don't you have to do that over there. so nobody else milks her in the tank in the next milking . our regulations tough over there on you guys.
