Seeing a new post from Larry is like seeing a good friend again. Always makes me smile. Good to see you back.

So glad you are back! I've missed your recipes and reviews. So thankful you're doing well!

One hack I've used is, either making or opening a can of Potato Soup, getting about 6 whole clams, a bottle of clam juice. Mince the clams and saute them in some butter and deglaze the pan with some clam juice, then in goes the potato soup with some black pepper. For Manhattan style, I use Minestrone Soup the same way and I might toss in some shots of hot sauce. Alternative to clams, I use crab or shrimp or catfish, and I've been thinking of trying octopus.
