What is Hydro Excavation?
The process uses high-pressure water to break up soil and rocks, and an industrial vacuum to remove all the material. All material is then contained in the barrel on the truck. Hydro-Excavation significantly lowers the risk of underground utility damage as opposed to traditional excavators that use large metal buckets. Because Hydro-Excavation does not require a staging area or dump trucks, it can be performed in condensed urban areas, and in most cases, without trench entry.
