Recently Dr. Bhisham S. Chera joined GRACE to discuss the role of HPV in head and neck cancers. Bhisham Chera, MD, is a UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center member and Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology in the Clinical Division at UNC-Chapel Hill.

    Thanks for this. However, you did not talk about sexual behaviour which is one of the major factors in transmission of HPV.

You can get HPV by having vaginal, anal, or oral sex with someone who has the virus. It is most commonly spread during vaginal or anal sex. It also spreads through close skin-to-skin touching during sex." www.cdc.gov/std/hpv/stdfact-hpv.htm
