This name of Lord Damodar swami is mentioned in Shabd 1082 . Same eswar at age of 7 lifts the Govardhan MOUNTAIN GO - HOLY COWS VARDHAN - THE ONE WHO FEEDS AND RELISHES So Indra tries to punish people of Gokul but 7 year old lift the GoVardhan mountain That incident reference is also mention in Gurugranth sahib addressing Bhagwaan Kishanji as Govardhan dhari ( lifter)

And just who is this bhai Gurdas??? Is he not the 'mama' of Guru Arjan? Gurdas' father, Ishar Das, was the youngest brother of Guru Amar Das, therefore Gurdas was the nephew of Guru Amar Das. Bhai Gurdas was orphaned at 12 years of age and was adopted by Guru Amar Das. Bhai Gurdas formed a close relationship with Guru Arjan. The Guru had great respect for him and regarded him as a maternal uncle (‘mama’). Arjan entrusted Gurdas to compile and scribe the Adi Granth. This was a very close-knit family circle and of course they were going to write only nice things about each other, praising each other, using the poetic license. Absolute corruption. @@LordVishnu351

In other words Har is a name for Brahman. Brahman is symbolised as Vishnu for sagun puja patt padhathi. The Tantras state that your object for worship can be through form Sagun or through sound. Here the sound or beeja mantra itself is the object of worship by the subject. True Nirgun worship would only be through cessation of all Visual or Sound focus. That is true yogic dhyana. Objects for focus only aid in arriving at that state. All the gurbani quotes cited fall inline with pure vedanta philosophy, Advaita of Shankara.

Gurbani also tells who Har is? Har Ji aaye Har jo Aaye chad singh asan Har ji aaye. In this Shabad Har is used for Lord Sri Krishna. Har and Hari are the same. Just like Gur and Guru is same.

ਹਰਿ is pronounced as Har. ਹਰੀ will be pronounced as Hari.
