Good job I appreciate , can you please talk about the degree of fooging in every situation , I learnt that (+ 1,75 ) added to the objective refraction , is that true ?

Degree of fogging is variable depending on the strength of patient's accomodation

If as an Engineer I measure my Snellen and REFRACTIVE state, that is totally OBJECTIVE! I have an accuracy of 0.25 Diopters. I trust what I measure.
In which cases fogging is not done (prohibited)??
