I hv 1 qus... If excecessive UF removed out from patient then sometimes patient suffers headache.. Why???.. Due to brain oedema as u told Or any other reason??

Many reasons. Hypotension hypertension low Sugar caffeine withdraw etc

DDS generally during First HD taking precautions will prevent. Patients who are On maintanence HD low Qb is sufficient to prevent

Actually our patient is already suffering from severe depression and anxiety from last 8 years and now DDS just triggers everything to the high stage

Urea distribution is same. UREA removal is faster from blood than Brain 🧠
