Sir, i voluntarily retired on 30.09.08 under 6th cpc. My basic was Rs 21910/- and pension basic was Rs 10955/-. My commutation value was Rs 4382/- which has been deducted till date. current basic pay 26870+ DA 17%= 31438 total pension 3485 commuted pension me jata he.. 31438-3485 =27953 in hand pension.. after 15 yrs 3485 basic pe me add hoga yaa phir in hand pension me..

Sir...Pensioner 6 march 2021 ko 15 years complete hone pr commutation restore hona tha according to his PPO jo ki hua nhi kyuki march ki payslip me wo deduction me show hora h.... 19 march 2021 ko unki death ho gai.. Ye jo maine bataya ye central govt. Ke rule hai......Ek baar aap maharashtra state ke rule aap net par check lijiye......State ke thode different honge
Is it mandate to deduct it in 15 years.. suppose some one taken 9.5 lacs and deducting 9.5k monthly .. in this case the repayment will be huge .. or is it going to stop within 9 or 10 years?

No. Commute value will be stop after 15 years completed. If case of pensioner death before 15 years. Commute value not deducted his/her pension

2003 ke retirement hai aur abhi tak commutded kat hi raha hai 18 saal ho gaya hai. Aur kya ye jo commutded jo kata hai ise pura le sakte hain.

Koi eski guideline toh nahi banayi hui hai....Yeh toh mere office mai jo noting likhi jaati hai woh hai bus ye. Aur ye confidential hai. Jo share nahi kar sakta mai.

Ab nahi kar sakte aap commutation apply. Kyonki ab retirement ho chuka hai. Bhale hi retire 2025 mai ho.

I have retired on 31 mar 21 at the age of 55 yrs. My basic pension is Rs. 39,400. I have commuted 50% of pension for 15 yrs and i got Rs 15,21,803/-( 14,700x12x8.672).where as if am not comuting i am supposed to get Rs 26,46,000/- ( 14700x12x15). Why this defference of Rs. 11,24,197/- can you please explain. My pension will restore only after 15 yrs where as i was paid only for 8.672 yrs

7th cpc mai nahi..... Commutation ke liye basic ka 50% phir uska 40% jo bhee percent aap lena chahe.....Woh deduct hota hai total pension se

Kuch nahi woh apne aap kai jagah automatically restore ho jaati hai. Aur apne aap full pension milne lagti hai. Aur kai jagah office ya bank mai batana padta haai ki hamara commute period over hogaya hai.... Hamari full pension chalu kari jaaye

Suppose 40 % commutted amount is taken and 60%pension , then we will have to pay any amount to the government every month

If you take 40% percent of commutation. Pension will be reduce for the period of 15 years and lump sum payment to give to the pensioner at the time of retirement. After 15 years commutation will be restore and pensioner eligible for full pension.

Civilian government employees are allowed to commute a maximum of 40 percent of their pension, defense personnel are allowed to commute upto 50 per cent of their pension. Please check the rules and then reply us.
