But I finally reached to a conclusion that there are things out there which can't be explained by anything we got. So I'm open too. But you get the point of stories being illogical and yet people believe it. Which is essentially "switch your brain off show, where you don’t question anything that happens, just follow the lore, whatever lore there is". I can't forgive myself for liking this show. I used to be crazy about it and would wait for school to end and to go home and watch this. After a long time I went back to watch it again and was totally flabbergasted. I thought it's just impossible I'd like such a thing.

Kyoya's bey is basically store bought, and he can SUMMON NATURAL DISASTERS. At the end of the Metal Fight Saga, they scale to solar system on the low end, and NONE of them were 18 yet. I don't even think Gingka was 16. Beyblade is genuinely insane and I'm so glad I grew up with it.

Eh I’d say the legendary bladders scale to universal+ because base L Drago Destructor scales to twisted tempo. Who literally created a bubble of space-time to trap masamuna and gingka for ever. Which is a universal+ feat. And metal fury Ryuga and Rago scale to low multiversal. Which is crazy because they are at most 16 in fury. Man you gotta love this show.

@@Stan00145 I’ve seen your video before. You are wrong. Your main argument is that Faust isn’t universal+ because he’s 4d and a 4d being should be untouchable to a 3d being. The thing you fail to realize is that there are 2 types of dimensions temporal and spatial. The “the higher dimensional being should have infinite more control and power” thing, only applies when the being controls a higher spatial dimension. Universal+ is 3 spatial + 1 temporal dimensional control. All characters in the show are at most 3 spatial dimensions. And it takes full control of 3 spatial dimensions and 1 temporal dimension to bend space-time like that. In other words universal+ is 3 spatial and 1 temporal dimensional control. And what we see in the show fits perfectly with that. I’d say Faust and twisted tempo are 3sd+1td. In other words. Universal+. Also Brooklyn scales to this too.

Also, he catches his own food, and makes his own temporary shelters, as seen when Kenta follows Ryuga in order to recruit him to their squad. As shown in that episode, Ryuga chooses the most dangerous climates and terrain to travel through just to get stronger. He puts himself to hell, just to be more a demon. He walked through a jungle and stared down a tiger, jumped down a valley and climbed up the other side, walked through the desert, and won a tournament in the process. He doesn't need a job. He feeds himself.

Kids in my neighbourhood, including me, patrol around with beyblades in our pockets with our own stadiums looking for other kids to play against with 😭 Edit: pretty much all of the toy animes. Yugi Oh? Same thing. We flex our shoe boxes filled with cards. BDaman? Same thing. Youll see us on the streets playing that sht. Yoyo? Same fkin thing. Youll see us in our neighbourhood park showing tricks. Youre considered godly if you can do “Double Loop the Loop”. Even those ripstick or waveboard whatever you call them. In my understanding the blay blades functions similarly like a fusion of an stand and funnyly enough pokemon, Although you can buy them form practically any store ,naturally strong bays exist (like legendaries, mitics or pseudo) but all of them are powerd by its user fight spirit or Ki. Ironically enough the most powerful bays are those who are heavily personalized or built from scratch forming a much deeper bond with it's user.

Man this show was way too good for basically being a giant commercial. Ryuga will always be the best character in the whole show no contest

Goku might unironically be washed by Gingka and his Pegasus dawg, Ryuga blew up a black hole and one shot a bey that could control past, present, and future in just the second season

If a notebook can kill thousands of people just by writing names why can't a toy destroy earth. If you can ignore the fact that it mostly has kid fans, you can enjoy some of the best visual and character developments. Even OG has some of the best music in the English version.

The plot was actually genuinely great. The OSTs shit not just on most animes but most shows in general

I just fucking love how people are just recently discovering the sanity of beyblade and that I get to be reminded how insane beyblade was because I was obessed with that shit as an adult though I barely had any of beyblade stored in my memory so all of the talk about beyblade has made me wonder what kind of drugs were the writing team taking

Really happy to see someone talking about this show from my childhood, and I 100% completely relate with the playing with beylades at my school part too, shit was wild. As I got older, I only then started to realize how crazy and wild the shit these people were doing to the people around them, as well as the landscape with their little tops 💀 Beyblade and Bakugan are shows that hold a special place in my heart. Also I love that Pokemon Black and White music you put in the background, I love this man's music taste 🔥

So glad grew up with this. We used to have tournaments in our school because of it. We often do it on recess at the back of the school. Cool times.

Beyblade is one of those series that are just batshit insane to the point its entertaining

Thing about Ryuga is after he had gone all the power that he could possibly get he didn’t really want any more power at that point you just playing around. I mean more power for L Drago would’ve been amazing but it’s not like Rego wasn’t really pushing his limits as much is I think he really could’ve and then he met his match in Rago and Diablo Nemesis.

Bro homie just described my childhood in this video fr. The launching on the nastiest bathroom possible, definitely the pet thing as well. Nowadays I still play the game, and I compete at tournaments and, it's a wild game irl too. You'd be suprized, but it's actually one of the most deep, interesting, and complex competitive games around. It combines customization and strategic decision making along with the physical element of them being physics based. That means not only does launching the beyblade can really make a lot of difference on the execution side, but also part wise, people keep finding new shit about the metal beyblade meta to this day. Me and a few others just this year found out that the Rock fusion wheel (that was completly absent from the meta previously) is actually a super busted OP part to the point where I swept finals of a super stacked tournament with it in a bad match up. Really enjoyed this video ong, keep that shit up

Ryuga gets around the same way Akuma from Street Fighter does. He pulls up to the airport or train station and just gets on. No one's stopping him.

I've watched the entirety of metal fusion multiple times and I still have no clue what happens, all I know is I remember all these scenes from the show.

Middle school beyblade matches definitely used to go crazy. Had me trading parts and trying to make modified launches 😂 I just know they were cooking me back then but it was a good time!

Yu was the most power crept character in the whole show, he went from beating Gingka to being the series punching bag…he got the Vegeta treatment

When I was getting back into watching Metal Fight, I tried to find the o.g. Japanese Dub to see the differences. It turns out that no one has ever fully subtitle the Japanese for English-speakers, and its super hard to even find the non subbed episodes. That being said, Beyblade is pretty much one of the only localized anime from the early 2000's (that was featured on children's programming) that fully survived in localization. The plot is exactly the same, they didn't censor deaths, and everyone stayed the nationality they already were (the Japanese characters were still japanese). Other than some episode cuts in Metal Fury and changing Gingka's given name*, the Metal Fight saga is one of the most accurately translated anime of the era. The only thing the dub did was alter the tone. The voice direction of the cast (especially Ryuga) and the scripting just made everything a little less serious, and made a lot of moment that we were meant to take seriously fucking hilarious. For instance, the several tweaker moments that featured throughout the show. TL;DR: Beyblade is peak as shit, and if you're wondering why it's so weird, blame the Japanese. *Gingka is, like, impossible to say in Japanese, and his o.g. name was Hagane Ginga. Gingka would also have to be spelled "Jinga" in japanese to account for how it's spelled in english.

I love that some people in the show thought it was silly that some people treat their beyblades like people. Like, they make tornadoes and shit when you tell them to, it would be weird if they weren't alive.

Was obsessed with it as a child, still remember the entire story and can name any beyblade in one look lmao

Dragoon and the Tiger Beyblade called Driger were my fav when i was really young and i still think those old bit beasts look a lot cooler, mythical and more like anime monsters than the next gen Beyblades like Pegasus. It's such a plain looking Pegasus, literally just a horse with wings, which i know is what a Pegasus is but they could of given it armor or something as well

@@fyebeezy what its about is just a constant competition of who is the strongest, in metal fury its about them saving the world and learning beyblades history, but the whole show is mostly about just battling to keep trying to be the best, in metal fury there is 10 legendary bladers to fight nemesis god of death and they have to learn beyblades history to win
