I have always struggle with term "Agile Methodology ". however, this video explains it very well. use of simple words and example. thank you. :)

Being new to IT it was great and simple, especially when giving ACTUAL real example which is often missing in other videos. It s very good to be able to picture all this into real life examples, even if they are simplified. Thank you

Towards the end you said that you think of “Agile” as “Agility” to have the meaning as “Rapid”. I think a better way to think about it, is for Agile to have the meaning of “Reactive” since the whole philosophy of Agile development is to react to the clients’ ever-changing needs, and to be able to adapt, just like agility means to change directions.

Great video with simple language and was easy to understand. loved all the small details from beginning to end.
