Sir what about the avail time? So is there any difference between Occupancy and Utilization if available time is not into consideration ?
And sir kindly make a video on skillset required in current market for wfm profile..

What is a defination of utilization
Does the 9:00 hour “staff time” include unpaid time like lunch? If not, would that be captured in “aux time” or excluded altogether? Thanks for the video!

Thanks for watching videos, here staff time has unpaid factor like lunch and tea break which will cover in aux time... Except this other aux like training etc would be paid according to process T&cs.

Idle time is not mentioned however that has play an important role in agent productivity, as on that time they were not doing anything productive. Please describe sir

@@gajender802 idle is not the part of occupency. Becasue it completely depends upon the call flow hence it will be a part of utilization but not the part of occupency.
